Win the heart (and stomach) of your beloved with the gift of food and song this pre-Valentine’s weekend (February 10 to 12) at Soderno in Molito Commerical Center, Alabang!
During the live acoustic performances in the market, marketgoers are invited to approach the stage, profess his or her love for his loved one and then sing them a song (either solo or with the acoustic performer). All marketgoers who profess their unrequited love with word and song will get a free rose and gift pack that they can give to their loved one from Soderno!
Soderno will also have a flowers, chocolates and stuffed toys booth along with special Valentine’s-themed promotions from our different home-based and weekend chefs and bakers.

The Senator’s son, Francis Manglapus, who serves as the drummer/guitarist revives beautiful music along with his daughter Cara Manglapus (vocalist), Alejandro Rivera (violin), and Belay Montes (piano). Hear their repertoire of hits by Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Michael Buble, Coldplay, Jason Mraz and more. Tickets are at P1,288 nett per person inclusive of a scrumptious four course dinner of Salad of Crispy Duck Breast Confit, Carrot Pea Cream Soup, Duo of Salmon and Prawns, and Terrine of Dark and White Chocolate Mousse with a glass of wine.
Ale Rivera is the violinist of the group. Ale is the musical director of Theater Down South. Belay Montes- Is the talented pianist of the group who also plays the clarinet, guitar and ukulele. Cara Manglapus- This gorgeous lady is the heart of the band with her sultry and captivating voice. Francis Manglapus- The drummer and guitarist is the son of Senator Raul Manglapus and dad of lead vocalist Cara.

Job Fair in Paranaque set for Feb. 7

The Parañaque City Government under the leadership of Mayor Florencio Bernabe Jr. will hold another job fair on February 07, 2012 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM at the Event Center of SM City Sucat in Brgy. San Dionisio, this city.
Dubbed as “Asenso Parañaque Job Fair 2012”, said activity was organized by the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office (PLRMO) headed by Ms. Doris Marquez.
“Improving livelihood prospects is a top priority agenda in my administration. We continue to make gains in this area by providing skills training; generating jobs; organizing cooperatives; and creating community-based income generating projects.”, Mayor Jun Bernabe said.
Job applicants are advised to come in appropriate attire with their resume and other necessary documents such as copies of transcript of records and diploma; clearances from past employers, the local police and NBI; and recently taken ID photos, among others.
