New job opportunities for Parañaque residents in the New Year!

In the tradition of Parañaque City Mayor Jun Bernabe’s famous line, “Ang pinakamagandang regalo ay serbisyo!” and on the occasion of the Local Chief Executive’s forthcoming birthday, the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office (PLRMO) headed by Ms. Doris Marquez organized a year starter-job fair for the benefit of the residents of the City.

The job fair is slated for February 4, 2011 at the Building B Events Center of SM City-Sucat in Brgy. San Dionisio, this City. 50 companies will be participating in the said activity.

All interested applicants are advised to come in appropriate attire and bring their resume and other necessary documents such as copies of their transcript of records and diploma; police/NBI clearance; clearance(s) from previous employer(s); and ID photos recently taken, among others.

Apart from sponsoring job fairs, the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office holds trainings on priority skills; organizes and empowers citizens by setting the foundations for community-based income generating projects; promotes the “spirit of cooperativism” in the city; and implements other projects aimed at improving the livelihood prospects of the residents.
