3 Forty Fifth Residences Presents “Living Colours: An Exhibition of Works by Eileen Bondoc Escueta” ; Watercolor Painting Workshop to be held too

3 Forty Fifth Residences, the latest exclusive condominium offering in Alabang, celebrates Filipino art by showcasing the beautiful works of Ms. Eileen Bondoc Escueta on a rare art exhibit and workshop from November 7-22, 2015. The painting shall be displayed from 10am to 5pm at The Lobby of 3 Forty Fifth Residences Condominium, located at 45 Indo-China Drive, Northgate, Filinvest City, Alabang. The exhibition also features the works of artists Jo and Ed Uygongco, Irma Lara and Minda Ventanilla. An exclusive opening cocktails on November 7 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm is set to kick-off the event and unveil more than 40 paintings by the artists.

Sharing the living colors of watercolor artwork, the 2-week exhibition shall feature a weekend art class facilitated by Ms. Escueta, herself. Participants may choose among 3 sessions: (1) November 7, 9-12pm, (2) November 7, 2-5pm or (3) November 8, 2-5pm and are held at the Function Room of 3 Forty Fifth Residences. This unique 3-hour workshop shall introduce and teach basic watercolor painting to art enthusiasts from kids to adults, 10 years and above. Admission and art materials to be used by the participants are free. “It is a refreshing bonding activity especially for mothers and daughters living in this southern part of the Metro,” says Grandii Abarico, Sales and Marketing Head of 3 Forty Fifth Residences.
