UPDATED: Agaw Kotse inside BF Homes a police operation – NCRPO

A Twitter follower, @aceespino2000, called our attention this morning and sent us a photo of a private vehicle being stopped by men in civilian clothing.

According to him, this happened around 7am near the corner of Elizalde and Concha Cruz avenues inside BF Homes Paranaque (Las Pinas side).

A man, appearing to be in his 50’s, was stopped by men from a Toyota Vios and a Toyota Revo for reasons unknown to passersby.

In a tweet by the PNP, they said that they will be investigating the matter.

In a tweet by NCRPO (NCR Police Office) this morning, they said that the supposed “agaw kotse” incident was an official Manila Police District (MPD) operation that was coordinated with the Souther Police District (SPD).

They said they will get back to us with a more detailed report on the matter.

For now, all those who pass by the area just need to be more careful and aware of your surroundings just to be safe.
