Agents arrest Korean fugitives in Las Piñas

Immigration authorities arrested three Korean fugitives, including an alleged relative of Kim So Hyun, star of “Missing You”, a telenovela shown on a local network.

Commissioner Ricardo David identified the suspects who were found residing in   Citadella Executive Village in Las Piñas City as Park Inyup; Jin Young Min alias Lee Young Ho; and Kim Sang Baek who claimed to be a cousin of the drama lead performer.

He said agents chanced upon the suspects who were invited for questioning for their failure to present their passports and travel documents.

“They were later detained after investigation found that all of them are overstaying tourists,” David said.

Lawyer Ma. Antonette Mangrobang, BI acting intelligence chief, said the Koreans  will be deported also for harboring an illegal alien.

She said security guards at the Citadella village testified that they have seen another fugitive inside their house.
