All is fine in Paranaque: Olivarez and Bernabe attend flag ceremony together
Parañaque City witnessed on Monday a momentous event that warmed the hearts of its constituents.
Setting aside political differences, Parañaque 1st District Representative and Mayor-elect Edwin Olivarez readily accepted the invitation of outgoing 3-termer Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. to join him grace the flag-raising rites set for the day at the city hall grounds.
