Beggars along Madrigal Ave. Who to blame?

How come there are still street children/beggars along the stretch of Madrigal Ave. near Alabang Town Center?

Calling on the Social Welfare Department of City Hall.

Even at night, these kids are present there. Aside from them seeming annoying to many motorists plying the route, it is also very dangerous for the children’s safety.

We’re hoping these kids are kept off the streets soon. For everyone’s benefit.

the parents are to blame, they are with the kids every night…hanap buhay na nila eto…infact mas pinagpapalit pa nila yang pamamalimos kaysa sa feeding program namin..they are from St.Mary’s Home Almanza Uno…ung mga ibang kapatid at kamag anak sa may SM Southmall naman tumatambay para mamalimos, the one in the picture is from Mayuga cmpd. sa may side ng TAS Transit, ung mga nakukuha nilang limos pinang susugal nila {kara y krus} binibili ng sigarilyo, at rugby. sawang sawa na ang dswd at brgy, sa kahuhuli sa kanila…tolerated din naman kasi sila ng mga magulang nila…

Padami ng padami ang mga beggars. Walang pakialam kung masagasaan…. Did you see the babies the older children are holding? I don’t believe kapatid nila iyon. Calling the authorities…. the babies might be kidnapped victims? Kawawa naman ang mga parents na nawalan.
