Check out where you can watch Pacquiao-Marquez IV in Las Pinas here!

Las Piñas City Mayor Vergel Aguilar will again host free live telecast of the much-anticipated Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez battle on Sunday (December 9), through large indoor LED wall.

Aguilar said the free viewing in at least six (6) barangays in the city is his treat to ordinary boxing fans, who can’t afford a P1,500 pay-per-view cable TV subscription or a Sunday brunch in a hotel to watch Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao square it off with  Mexican boxer  Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas, Nevada this weekend.

The local chief executive said Las Pinas residents and the public will enjoy another exciting ring fight of the world’s boxing greats, since providing free viewing of Pacquiao fights for the public in strategic locations has become a tradition on the part of the city government.

The free public viewing will be held in covered courts at Verdant Covered Court in Barangay Pamplona 3, Las Pinas Central Elementary School Covered Court in Barangay E. Aldana, Saging and Timog Covered Courts in Barangay CAA, Golden Acres Covered Court in Barangay Talon 1, Talon 4 Covered Court in Barangay Talon 4 and TS Cruz Covered Court in Barangay Almanza 2.

Mayor Aguilar and other city officials regularly join the public watching the fight’s live telecast in Barangay Pamplona 3 Covered Court.

Meanwhile, Aguilar has directed the local police and local disaster risk reduction and management council to conduct roving in said barangays to check on the peace and order and ensure safety of the viewing public. (END)
