City-run college product, a CPA topnotcher; Honored by Aguilar

CPA BOARD TOPNOTCHER. Las Piñas City Mayor Vergel ‘Nene’ Aguilar (4th, left) congratulates Dennis Magallanes of Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College (DFCAMC) as 10th placer in May 2011 Certified Public Accountancy Board Exam and 20 other passers. DFCAMC, a city run college education, garnered a 70% passing rate, one of the highest rates in the country. Mayor Aguilar grants a free quality four-year College degree and Information Technology education to more than 3,500 students yearly.
