Employer, 2 others sued over killing of teen maid
From ABS-CBN NEWS:
MANILA – Police have filed a murder complaint against the employer of a slain teenage maid from Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa City.
Police filed murder charges against Aleli Froilan Yap, the employer of victim Richelle Sagang.
Two others, identified as Akiko Nyron Lindon and Chrissa Mae Aniel Chali, were also included in the murder rap.
Sagang’s body was found in Sta. Maria, Bulacan on January 12. Her severed head was recovered in a creek in Makati City two days after.
According to the police, the three suspects were last seen with the victim before she died. They all went to the village’s security office to report a theft incident against Sagang.
Police said, after the three brought Sagang to the village’s security office, they all went out of the village with the victim on board a BMW sedan.
Investigators also quoted the village’s security guard as saying that the victim’s body bore bruises when she was accompanied by her employer and the two other suspects.
The Department of Justice (DOJ), meanwhile, issued a lookout bulletin order against Yap.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II earlier ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to conduct another probe on Sagang’s death. – reports from Raffy Santos and Ina Reformina, ABS-CBN News
