Good news for Parañaque residents!

Walter MartSupermarket & Shopping Mall in Brgy. San Isidro this city is in need ofadditional personnel. The job openings were communicated to the Office ofParañaque Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr.

Committing to assist said establishment inthe recruitment process, the Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office(PLRMO) and the Office of Councilor Benjo Bernabe set the following dates forthe screening of applicants: September 4, 18 and 29 from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.at the 2/F Executive Lounge of the Parañaque City Hall.

The vacant positions are in theprofessional level, each requiring a college degree. Interested parties mustsubmit their applications prior to above dates to PLRMO with office address atS. Cruz Comp., Brgy. San Isidro. Telephone inquiries may be made throughhotlines 820-6527/28.

Applicants must bring their resume,transcript of records, diplomas, certificates, clearances and ID photos whenthey report for interview.

Apart from job fairs which it holdsregularly, the city government hires temporary workers under the TulongPangkabuhayan sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers Program.  Launched in 2009, TUPAD is a livelihood agendawhich the Dept. of Labor and Employment runs jointly with local governmentunits. It is intended to improve the livelihood prospects of unemployed andunderemployed citizens.
