Las Pinas City Hall now has a Twitter and Facebook account!

We congratulate the Las Pinas government for finally going digital!

If we’re not mistaken, they’re one of the few local government units that have set up their own official accounts on Facebook and Twitter.

This does not only show that they are technologically-adept but also that they are open to hearing from their constituents (we hope).

For your reference, you can “like” Las Pinas City Hall on Facebook via the account City of Las Pinas and follow them on Twitter via @vergelaguilar.

Again, congratulations to the Las Pinas government and kudos to Mayor Nene Aguilar for giving their Public Information Office the go-signal to create the social networking accounts.

Now, Las Pinas residents can ask them if there are classes or how they can go about processing of some documents in city hall.
