Manila, Philippines – Police are on a manhunt against a gunman who shot and killed a 31-year-old businessman in front of his family in Paranaque City.

The victim was identified as Vincent Wally Sanchez, of Lot 5A, Block 2, Saint Francis, corner Saint Michael St., Moonwalk, Paranaque. Reports showed that the incident happened at around 4 p.m. Tuesday while the victim was walking with his wife and two kids along Aguarra Street, Brgy.
