Munti LGU receives 3.6 hectares of land from Intercontinental Development Corporation

The Intercontinental Development Corporation donates 3.6 hectares of land in Laguerta, Brgy. Tunasan to the City Government of Muntinlupa on February 20. Attending the signing of deed of donation are Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, Coun. Lester Baes, ICDC VP for Project Development Maria Imelda Francisco, ICDC VP for Sales Administration Carmelyne Bolus, and other local execs. Fresnedi extended his utmost thanks to ICDC and members of the Madrigal family for donating the 19 parcels of land which will soon be the site of other government projects. Formerly gaining an infamous reputation, Laguerta has transformed into a progressive government complex, now dubbed as Centennial Avenue, with a health center, child development center, secondary school, police station, and home to a thriving community.
