Muntinlupa’s advocacy for peace lauded

Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (right) presents local peace development programs to Soka Gakkai International (SGI) Philippines execs led by Mr. Takaaki Morikawa (center) on September 4. Morikawa lauds peace and order initiatives in Muntinlupa City and the creation of local Muslim Affairs Office. The local government, through Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, is a staunch advocate of peace. Fresnedi serves as the Vice President of Mayors for Peace, an international organization of government leaders advocating lasting peace through abolition of nuclear weapons.
