No Trick or Treat in Ayala Alabang this year
Due to the pandemic, the Ayala Alabang Village Association is foregoing its usual Trick or Treat festivities.
“In observance of the IATF guidelines under a General Community Quarantine scenario, there will be limitations on Halloween activities that may be allowed inside the village this year,” announced AAVA last week on its regular AAVA NEWS publication.
These “activities” include the always much-awaited Trick or Treat, Halloween parties that will have more than the prescribed “10 attendees only” guideline.
“Should there be any activities activities within these limitations, the wearing of face masks and fave shields and social distancing must be observed,” the homeowner association added.
They also reminded their residents about village rules on noise disturbances and the city-imposed curfew of 10pm to 4am.
AAVA noted that these measures are being taken to avoid the increase of Covid-19 cases inside the village.
So for residents outside of Ayala Alabang who have been asking if there will be a Trick or Treat celebration this year, unfortunately, none.
Things will get better next year, neighbors. Stay safe!
