Pag-IBIG Muntinlupa Branch now open

QUEZON CITY, 17 February (PIA) – The Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG Fund recently opened a new branch in the southern part of Metro Manila.

 

The newly-opened Pag-IBIG branch is located at the 3rd floor of Sycamore ARCS1 Building, Buencamino St., Alabang-Zapote Road in Muntinlupa City.

 

“Pag-IBIG’s mantra is Bigger, Better, Faster,” said Pag-IBIG President Atty. Darlene Marie B. Berberabe.

 

Atty. Berberabe led during the inaugural ceremony and stressed the directive of Vice President and Pag-IBIG Board Chairman Jejomar C. Binay to make Pag-IBIG’s services accessible and closer to its hardworking members.

 

“We are working on expanding our presence in more cities and municipalities all over the Philippines,” Berberabe added.

 

The Muntinlupa branch, headed by Romeo H. Ocampo covers nine out of the 47 barangays in Muntinlupa under the Makati III branch office. The nine barangays include: Alabang, Ayala Alabang, Bayanan, Buli, Cupang, Poblacion, Putatan, Sucat, and Tunasan.

 

Likewise, the said branch accepts payments of membership savings from both employers and individual payors, as well as payments under the Modified Pag-IBIG 2 Program.

 

It also accepts Housing Loan amortization payments, provided that the borrower presents the Official Receipt of his last payment or the Payment Order Form. Members can also file their membership applications, and applications for Housing, Multi-Purpose, and Calamity Loans. (PAG-IBIG/RJB/JEG/PIA-NCR)
