Paranaque schools gets a boost in fire safety
It’s safety first in Paranaque City!
Wide fire escape stairways with railings line the floors of the Parañaque National High School-Main Campus in Brgy. San Dionisio, Parañaque City.
Apart from this safety device, students and teachers regularly undergo disaster preparedness training and evacuation drills. The city has 21 public elementary, 10 high schools and 78,600 students this school year.
The increase in the number of enrollees did not cause any problem to the DepEd Parañaque Division of City Schools due to the ready access of the students to the 4 new modern multi-level buildings which were built during the administration of City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. particularly in barangays where there used to be none.
