PCCI cites Muntinlupa City’s trade-friendly environment

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI)-Muntinlupa has recognized the leadership of Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi for upholding peace and order for a safe business environment in the city.
PCCI-Muntinlupa president Elvie Sanchez-Quiazon awarded a plaque of recognition to Fresnedi at the chamber’s General Membership Meeting on February 9 at Vivere Hotel in Alabang.
Quiazon expressed her gratitude to the local government for its commitment towards the continuous improvement of security for the business sector that helped in livelihood, employment, trade and investment for the city’s inclusive growth.
She added that the efforts of the city government have contributed to a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a flourishing economy.
For his part, Fresnedi thanked the chamber for the strong partnership and continued support to the development of Muntinlupa and its innovation and programs for the sustainability of business enterprises.
He said the business sector is one of the LGU’s partners in governance that keeps public service going.
Plaques of recognition were also given to City Health Office chief Dr. Magdalena Meana, Social Services Department and Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office head Analyn Mercado, Muntinlupa Traffic Management Bureau head Danidon Nolasco, Bureau of Fire Protection head Gilbert Dolot, Muntinlupa Police Senior Supt. Nicolas Salvador and Business Permits and Licensing Office chief Gary Llamas.
