Robinsons set to open new mall in Las Pinas

MANILA, Philippines – Robinsons Land Corp. is set to open a new shopping mall in Las Piñas on October 25.

The two-storey Robinsons Place Las Piñas along the Alabang-Zapote Road is the property developer’s 39th mall in the country.

The mall is expected to house around 200 retailers as well as a Robinsons Supermarket and Robinsons Department Store.

A Costa Coffee branch is also expected to open in the new mall, which has a gross floor area of more than 50,000 square meters on a 6.8-hectare property.

Costa Coffee is the largest coffee shop chain in the United Kingdom has been consistently named “Best Branded Coffee Shop Chain in Europe.”

The Las Piñas mall will be part of a mixed-use development that also includes a midrise residential complex under Robinsons Communities.

Last month, the Gokongwei-led property firm opened Robinsons Place Antipolo, which is located at the junction of Sumulong Highway and Circumferential Road.
