Skyway Sucat exit to open Dec. 15
Good news to villagers eagerly waiting for the Skyway Sucat 0ff-ramp exit to open!
D-Day is tomorrow (Dec. 15)!
Class 1 vehicles will be charged P85 while Class 2 vehicles will have to pay P170 for passing to and from the newly-constructed off-ramp.
According to a report by Paolo Montecillo of The Philippine Daily Inquirer, the new section of road will lengthen Skyway by about three kilometers from the road’s current end at Bicutan, Parañaque.
In his report, it was revealed that the new section is part of the Stage II extension of the Skyway and will add 7 kilometers of elevated road to the current Skyway’s 11-kilometer elevated section.
This will extend the Skyway all the way to Alabang, Muntinlupa, which is where the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) begins, the report added.
Hopefully, the new development lessens traffic and also lessen the travel time of southerners going to and from the north.
