Stricter traffic enforcement in Parañaque
Parañaque City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. directed the Traffic Management Office to strictly enforce traffic rules and regulations to maintain the smooth flow of traffic and prevent road accidents.

isn’t moonwalk in las pinas and not in paranaque? how come mayor bernabe gets the credit? and how convinient that someone happened to get a picture of this at the exact moment the officer was giving this driver a ticket. FYI the traffic in paranaque now is worse than ever
