Waterless days are here again; Check here when your area will be having water
So with the rains come no water in our faucets once again.
Check below for the Maynilad Press Release on the schedule of water interruption/water availability in your areas.
“The significant increase in the concentration of total dissolved solids (TDS) in Laguna Lake has forced us to reduce the water production of our water treatment plant in Muntinlupa City.
We had to reduce production to ensure that the water we supply to our customers in Muntinlupa continues to meet the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water.
To maximize the limited supply due to the reduced production, we will be implementing daily water supply interruptions beginning August 31. Below is the list of affected areas in Las Piñas Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Imus, Cavite and the corresponding water supply interruption schedules.
These service interruptions will persist until October 30, 2016, when we expect the TDS level to decline with the projected increase in rainfall over Laguna Lake.
We wish to assure our customers that we are continuously monitoring the water quality in Laguna Lake so we can gradually increase our water production as the TDS level decreases.
There might be a delay in the resumption of water service in your area. This is due to several factors such as your area’s elevation, its distance from our pumping station, and the volume of withdrawal from our mainlines.” – Maynilad
