On the other hand I think a decade is enough, just time in real nice between two elections.
And yeah it will significantly improve the flow of traffic–but the road leading to this utopia… well, you know what to imagine in the South. 🙂
We are all hoping. At least our grandchildren will enjoy a traffic-free highway for once…
It really doesnt matter if there is a flyover along alabang zapote rd. In fact even if they make3,its the people who cross that road and dont use the overpass just a foot away and the ever pleasant jeepney drivers and bus drivers that load and unload passengers in the middle of the road that really cause traffic there.
Yes, it really boils down to discipline. That’s hard to teach.
